How we evaluate evidence

We do not compress an assessment into a single star rating. Each article separates several questions.

Four core dimensions

• Direction: beneficial, little or no effect, uncertain, or potentially harmful.
• Certainty: high, moderate, low, or very low.
• Magnitude: large, moderate, small, negligible, or unknown.
• Safety: adverse events, long-term data, interactions, and groups needing caution.

Source priority

Guidelines and public sources, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, large controlled trials, other human studies, observational studies, then animal and laboratory research.

AI verification

AI supports discovery, classification, translation and drafting. We verify the existence of sources, important numbers, study conditions, negative findings, safety and conflicts before publication.
